Amélie Pichard
Amélie Pichard is a young and talented shoe designer based in Paris. She was scouted by the French retail brand Bata to design a shoe capsule inspired from the 30s. With the sucess of this first collection, she launched her eponymous brand. Her style is timeless, inspired by heroins of David Lynch movies, the cinema of the French Nouvelle Vague and the feminity of women from the 40's to the 80's.
For Spring Summer 2012, Amélie Pichard plays on bold colors and contrasts of materials: be it in yellow or red, stilettos and wedges play on sueded leather, patent or nylon crin to create feminine shoes. We absolutely adore the Coco Richelieus.
